Meet Dr. Steven Iszkula

Dr. Steven Iszkula, a native of Girard, joined Dr. Jack Utley’s practice in 2010 after he finished his orthodontic residency. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003. He continued at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine earning his D.M.D. degree in 2007 and his orthodontic certificate in 2010.

Dr. Steve has received many honors and awards throughout his academic career. Dr. Steve was inducted in the Beta Chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honors fraternity. He also received the American Association of Orthodontics Award that is rewarded each year to the most outstanding dental student that shows an interest in Orthodontics. Dr. Steve is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association. He currently serves in many leadership roles including, President of the Erie County Dental Association, the Chairperson of the Membership Committee of the Pennsylvania Dental Association and was elected an Emerging Leader of the American Association of Orthodontics.

Dr. Steve is honored to use his extensive training in the latest developments in orthodontics to help get his patients the smiles that they deserve. He and his staff work hard to try to make our office a place where you can have a fun time and get serious results. It does not take our patients long to realize that Dr. Steve’s sharp eye for details and never-ending commitment to his patients make Iszkula Orthodontics the ideal place for their orthodontic needs.

Dr. Steve’s family life is focused on his wife (and high school sweetheart) Jill and their three children, Benjamin, Eli and Ivy. The Iszkula family enjoys Erie and everything that this area has to offer. In his personal time, Dr. Steve enjoys working out, cooking and reading.
